Take card payments on Stripe Terminal readers, split a sale across tenders, and sell and redeem gift cards and store credit. Works with barcode scanners and USB receipt printers, with cash drawer counts and variance tracking built in.
Shared Counter Register
Set up a shared device at the counter once. Staff switch in with a personal access code, the register locks itself when idle, and discounts, refunds and overrides ask for a manager's approval.
Trip & Charter Booking
Set up trip types and departures with seat limits. Divers book online or at the counter, and a waitlist offers freed seats automatically. Print a manifest with emergency contacts, gas and weights, then check divers in and record who surfaced.
Course & Training Management
A course catalog covering the major training agencies. Schedule sessions, track each student's progress, and sign off a skill for one student or a whole group. Instructor ratings and student prerequisites are checked for you.
Rental Management
Track every piece of rental gear by serial number. Signed rental agreements, deposits, day rates and late fees are handled at checkout, and customers get a reminder when a return is overdue.
Equipment Maintenance & Compliance
Track hydro, visual inspection and annual service dates for every cylinder and regulator. Owners get a daily email 30, 7 and 1 day before anything is due, and gear that's past due can't go out on rental without a manager's sign-off.
Digital Waivers & Medical Forms
Start from a template, build your own form, or upload your existing PDF and place the fields on it. Send a signing link by email or QR code, or hand over a tablet at the counter. Medical screening answers can prompt for a physician's clearance.
Customers & Memberships
One customer record shared across all your locations, with custom fields, purchase history and groups. Run dive clubs with member benefits, loyalty rewards and prepaid packs.
Inventory & Multiple Locations
Stock levels per location, with transfers between locations, purchase orders, stock counts and consignment items, plus one combined view of stock across the business.
Financial Reporting
Daily revenue summaries, revenue by category and outstanding balances, with reports emailed on a schedule. Give your accountant their own login and a transaction export mapped to your account codes, and lock closed tax periods.
Diver Portal

Secure by design
Staff and divers sign in with a one-time code sent by email, so there are no passwords to reuse or leak. Every permission is checked on the server, not just hidden in the screen. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and important actions are written to an audit log you can search and export.
Divers can download or delete their own data from their account.
